Production Product 001
Thread Gage Rotary
A purpose-built handling system for cleaning, deburring, polishing, and inspecting large thread gages.
The Thread Gage Rotary supports the gage horizontally while allowing controlled rotation, giving the technician access to the full thread surface without constantly repositioning a heavy gage by hand.
Designed from real calibration-lab experience and built for gage manufacturers, calibration laboratories, and oilfield operations.

A Closer Look
Metrology Automation.
Built Around Real Measurement Work.
We design and build the missing pieces around calibration and inspection—fixtures, handling tools, laboratory systems, and software automation.
Our approach comes from hands-on metrology experience: calibrating equipment, managing laboratory operations, building calibration capability from the ground up, and seeing where otherwise good measurement processes lose time to awkward handling, repetitive work, and poor workflow design.
Sometimes the right answer is software. Sometimes it is a fixture, a purpose-built tool, a change in workflow, or a better way to build the lab itself.
We start with the problem and engineer from there.
What We Build
{01}
CUSTOM FIXTURES & WORKHOLDING

Purpose-built fixtures for holding, positioning, rotating, supporting, and handling measurement equipment, gages, and parts.
{02}
METROLOGY TOOLS & HARDWARE

Specialized equipment designed around recurring calibration, inspection, preparation, and measurement tasks.
{03}
LAB WORKFLOW AUTOMATION

Software and process automation that removes repetitive administrative work, improves visibility, and connects the systems your laboratory already uses.
{04}
CALIBRATION LAB DEVELOPMENT

Practical support for building, expanding, or modernizing calibration laboratories—from capability planning and equipment selection to workflow, layout, documentation, and accreditation readiness.

Use this space to promote the business, its products or its services.
Why Choose Metrology Automation
Some Problems Don't Have an Off-the-Shelf Solution
{01}
An awkward setup. A heavy instrument. A repetitive calibration step. Difficult workholding. Slow gage preparation. A laboratory being built from scratch. A workflow held together by spreadsheets and manual handoffs.
These problems are often too specialized for general-purpose equipment manufacturers to solve—and too expensive to keep tolerating.
Show us the process. We'll determine whether the right answer is a fixture, custom hardware, software automation, workflow redesign, or laboratory-development support.
01 — UNDERSTAND
See how the work is actually being done.
02 — DEFINE
Identify the constraint and define success.
03 — ENGINEER
Design the appropriate hardware, software, or process solution.
04 — VERIFY
Evaluate whether the solution actually solved the problem.
